By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service description

FlashAI provides AI-powered photo generation and transformation, sharing features, and subscription plans.

FlashAI may update, modify, or suspend features at any time for technical, legal, or security reasons.

3. User account

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure.

You are responsible for activity on your account. Report unauthorized access immediately.

FlashAI may suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms or involve fraudulent use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use FlashAI only for lawful purposes and in compliance with third-party rights.

Prohibited uses include illegal, defamatory, hateful, or child-exploitation content; impersonation; generating content of a person without consent; and bypassing service or payment limits.

You confirm you have the necessary rights to the photos you upload.

5. Subscriptions and payments

Some features require payment. Current prices are shown on the site at purchase time.

Subscriptions are billed through Stripe according to the selected period. You can manage or cancel from your account.

Except where required by law, fees for an active billing period are non-refundable.

6. Intellectual property

FlashAI and its elements (brand, interface, code, design) remain the property of FlashAI or its licensors.

Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you retain rights to your source content. Generated outputs are provided for personal or professional use in compliance with these Terms.

7. Personal data

How we process personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by contacting us.

8. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. FlashAI does not guarantee that generated results will be error-free or fit for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, FlashAI is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or harm resulting from non-compliant use.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion.

FlashAI may suspend or terminate access in case of serious or repeated breach of these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law. Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, competent courts shall have jurisdiction.
